10–12 Months Out: Send Save-the-Dates

• Send save-the-dates earlier than you would for a local wedding — guests need time to request time off, save money, and book flights
• Include a simple travel FAQ (nearest airport, suggested arrival window, whether kids are invited) to cut down on repeat questions

8–10 Months Out: Lock In Group Travel Rates
